What this token is

What it is. GME is a memecoin on Solana that borrows the ticker of GameStop Corp., the US-listed retailer at the centre of the 2021 meme-stock episode. It is not GameStop and has no affiliation with the company. Its first liquidity pool dates to 27 January 2024 by our measurement, making it one of the older tokens the filter has passed.

What the checklist saw. Measured 14 September 2026 against criteria v2: top-10 holders at 10.6% against the 25% ceiling, mint and freeze authority both revoked, 48,633 holders, 99.3% of material-pool liquidity locked, and $582.3k of liquidity by the lower source. Structurally this was a comfortable pass.

The caveat. Our checklist measures pools and wallets; it cannot measure a borrowed name, so we state it plainly instead. Clearing the checklist means measured and not disqualified, nothing more. It is a memecoin, with everything that implies.

The story above is context from public sources, named in-text. It is not part of the checklist and nothing in it is a recommendation. The figures below are ours.
