What this token is

What it is. NEET (NotInEmploymentEducationTraining) is a Solana memecoin, first pooled on 27 April 2025 by our measurement. It is anti-work satire, built around rejecting the nine-to-five. Its own website carries the line "$NEET is a memecoin with no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return." The same site links to a clothing line and to a members' hub on Whop.

Why this entry is flagged. One reason, the liquidity test, and we publish it rather than quietly dropping the token or covering it as though it had cleared.

Criteria v2 asks that at least 90% of material-pool liquidity sits in locked or burned pools, and that the deepest material pool is at least 95% locked. Its deepest pool, the pump.fun AMM at roughly $2.1 million, is 100% locked. But pools holding no locked liquidity at all have grown past the $25,000 materiality line, and weighted by money the figure on the morning of 29 September was 84.6% across six pools. Read again that evening it was 83.5%: a seventh pool had crossed the line, leaving one locked pool of about $2.3 million and six unlocked Meteora pools holding about $459,000 between them.

This is not a single bad day. Of 38 daily measurements since 7 August, it cleared the 90% floor on four, 15 to 18 September, and it passed our filter on the first of them. It has been under the floor on each of the nine measurements since, 21 to 29 September. Nothing about the locked pool changed. The coin grew, from a market cap of $26.7M on 15 September to $39.2M on 29 September, and unlocked liquidity accumulated around it.

What it did clear. Mint and freeze authority are both revoked. Top-ten holders sit at 17.1% against our 25% ceiling. It has 30,428 holders and $1.73M of liquidity, each by the lower source. The deployer wallet has minted 18 tokens and migrated 5 by Jupiter's read. That is inside our limits and it is a long history, so we state it.

Where the sources disagree. Liquidity: Jupiter $1,727,345 against DexScreener $2,138,029 in the deepest pair alone. Holders: Jupiter 30,428 against RugCheck 102,494. We record the lower number in each case.

What this entry is. A record, not a recommendation. Flagged means it was measured and did not clear. It is a memecoin, with everything that implies.

The story above is context from public sources, named in-text. It is not part of the checklist and nothing in it is a recommendation. The figures below are ours.

Coverage means this token cleared the published checklist on the day of coverage — measured and not disqualified, nothing more. Think a figure is wrong: corrections policy. Not financial advice.
