What this token is

What it is. VINE (Vine Coin) is a memecoin on Solana that carries the name of Vine, the short-video app. Its first liquidity pool dates to 23 January 2025 by our measurement. Press reports (Decrypt, BeInCrypto) say it was launched by Rus Yusupov, a co-founder of the app; the X profile listed for the token is his. We found no official confirmation that any relaunch of the app involves this token.

What the checklist saw. Measured 16 October 2026 against criteria v2: top-10 holders at 17.4% by Jupiter against the 25% ceiling (RugCheck's raw count of the ten largest wallets reads 46.4%; the checklist uses Jupiter's figure, and we state both), mint and freeze authority both revoked, 93,245 holders, 99.8% of material-pool liquidity locked, and $784.6k of liquidity by the lower source (DexScreener reads $1.57M on the deepest pair). One deployer wallet, one token minted; that wallet still holds about 5% of the supply, per Jupiter.

The caveat. The history. Decrypt reported that the token spiked to a market cap near $500M after launch and then fell 92% by July 2025; by Jupiter it was $7.6M when we measured it. Our checklist measures pools and wallets, not what a holder paid. Clearing the checklist means measured and not disqualified, nothing more. It is a memecoin, with everything that implies.

The story above is context from public sources, named in-text. It is not part of the checklist and nothing in it is a recommendation. The figures below are ours.

Coverage means this token cleared the published checklist on the day of coverage — measured and not disqualified, nothing more. Think a figure is wrong: corrections policy. Not financial advice.
